New

  • Hold down a crafting row to keep crafting, at every station.
  • The main menu has new music: NOISE ALCHEMY’s UNEASY LISTENING 1.
  • The main menu backdrop now drifts with a slow camera sway.
  • Wood, tile, and stone rooms each draw from their own pool of furniture sets.
  • Furniture sets got proper names and a fresh round of redecorating.

Changes

  • The Shadow Lounge has a reworked layout, and Enki now waits at his spot when you load in.
  • The milestone unlock sting is half as loud.
  • The build sound now stretches to last the whole room reveal.

Fixes

  • Guests now walk through the middle of doorways instead of squeezing along the frame.
  • Wood floors no longer turn invisible during the build reveal; floors fade in with the rest of the room.

  • All 19 city guests got a head-to-toe makeover with new color palettes, skin tones, and bolder silhouettes.

  • Guests now carry signature props, and some of them light up.

Dead Doorways Finally Match Their Walls

Fixes

  • Sealed-off doorways in Tile and Stone rooms now blend into the wall instead of patching in wood.
  • Guests and undertakers on another floor no longer block your item placement.

  • The near wall of a freshly built room fades out of your way again once the build effect finishes.

  • The Floor Drain pulls vomit out of your halls, and new altar sinks deliver goods straight to your patrons.
  • A second death flashback awaits at the Ferris wheel.
  • Stu lent his lungs; 86 new screams join the guest scream bank.

  • Reaching a milestone now plays a proper sting that ducks the music, then fades out gently.
  • Walls cut away more boldly and fade more cleanly when the camera looks through them.
  • Cleaveland settles into a different idle for each of his abilities.
  • Hovering an actor in the sidebar pans the camera to them.
  • Room upgrades now show on the Enki map for whichever room you select.
  • The recipe picker collapses once you choose, with a Change button if you want to swap.
  • The guest book keeps its secrets; its name label now reads ”???”.
  • You can open the pause menu during flashbacks, and pausing actually freezes them.
  • The OBJECTIVE COMPLETE popup is gone for good.

  • Opening your inventory now cancels any item placement in progress.
